My friend recently celebrated her birthday. I live in a different state from her, but still wanted to make it special. I found Floral Art & Decor randomly on Google (as it is close to where she lives) and couldn't have been happier. They offer a great selection online, and send regular updates with a photo of the actual bouquet and when it has arrived to the recipient.
