This was my first time ordering from Floral Art and Decor as I was searching for a local florist to make sure the arrangement delivered would be the freshest it could be. I ordered a custom bouquet to be delivered to my friend on her birthday. To my horror, I found out on the morning of the day of delivery (her birthday) that my friend was out of town! yikes! Assuming that it was a lot cause and that my friend wouldn't be able to enjoy her birthday flowers, I called Floral Art and Decor to see if they could take a photo of the arrangement before delivery so that I could at the very least text the photo to my friend. Neli answered the phone and when I explained my situation, she was so generous and sympathetic and told me that she had not yet created the arrangement and she would be more than happy to reschedule the delivery for when my friend would be back home! Talk about going above and beyond. I was so happy to hear that the flowers would not go to waste and that my friend would get a chance to truly enjoy her flowers. Neli said she would send me an email letting me know about the new delivery date (she did). The beautiful arrangement was delivered yesterday and my friend was SO appreciative and the arrangement is exactly what I imagined. Thank you Neli! I'm so glad I found Floral Art & Decor.

I honestly cannot believe how amazing these flowers are. My partner brought home a bouquet on the 23rd for my birthday. It is July 5th today (day 13) and the flowers are still standing. They are looking a bit wilted but hello it's day 13?! Not one rose petal has separated and fallen off the bud. How are these flowers not rotting in my compost bin already? I have also never seen a rose bloom as fully as the roses from FloralArt + Decor bloomed. Every single rose bloomed fully to a size covering almost my entire open hand. They are actually worth every single dollar, prob even more. Other bouquets I received on the same day were dead and trashed by the 28th-29th. (day 5-6) These are all still intact. Jesus Christ, what is in these flowers? I really love that my birthday bouquet came from this florist and will request a bouquet from this florist every year. The entire house smelled great for almost two weeks! Thank you! I actually asked my partner for the name of the florist because I was so blown away by the quality of these flowers and wanted to leave a well-deserved review.

Neli was amazing to work with! She exceeded our vision and expectations for our wedding day. The entourage bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, floor floral sprays, cake flowers -- everything was just stunning. And my bridal bouquet - at first sight I was in awe - I had no words! Tired of going with the typical neighborhood florist that doesn't offer anything special and has all the same bouquet options as all the other florist shops? I definitely am, so have since gone with Neli for all the bouquets for my wife's birthdays and anniversaries as of recent, for which I have been thoroughly impressed with her work, selection of flower options, and creativity. However, most importantly, my wife has loved her flower bouquets/arrangements and notices the extra step Neli goes with her unique creations.

I'm so glad I chose this place to send my sister-in-love birthday succulents. I usually send her a chocolate cake, but this year I was a little late in getting my order in and had to opt for same-day delivery. In the notes section, I mentioned "I wish you guys had chocolate cake", not thinking that the owner of the place would go above and beyond my order to get one. The owner called me personally to say that there was a bakery down the street and that she could pick one up and add it to the delivery! Seriously?! Who does that?? AND She didn't even charge me that much more for the add-on. I'm so grateful for the extra touch and my sister was so happy with the succulents. I'm pretty sure she was dancing inside for the cake. It's her favorite. I'd do business with this place again in a heartbeat and I'd recommend this spot to anyone.

Our son and daughter-in-law have been forced to delay their formal wedding due to the Covid epidemic. They decided several weeks ago that they wanted to have a civil ceremony and then plan their formal service in a year or so. Since the civil ceremony would have to be via Zoom. I wanted our daughter-in-law to have something from us. So I searched on Yelp to find a florist that I would be comfortable working with. My great good fortune was to choose Floral art, whose owner Nellie,  was a joy to work with. We talked about what might work and she produced a beautiful handheld bouquet and boutonniere for our son.
