How do I describe my recent experience with Floral Art and Decor??? Beautiful arrangement! Exactly what I expected from their website! Impeccable service! My order was precisely what I expected and more. Why? I placed the order on June 15 for delivery on June 16, and the recipient was not home to accept their delivery. What happened next floored me in the best possible way. The florist called me and explained the situation. They agreed to return to their shop with my arrangement, as to prevent the heat from destroying it. I requested redelivery the next day, June 17 and accepted full responsibility for any extra charges. Not only did Floral Art and Decor re-deliver that next day, but they didn't charge me for MY error. The best beginning-to-end service I've experienced in quite a long time. Thank you for the service you provided, and the friendly nature in which you did so!
