Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Blooms were gorgeous! Nelli worked so fast to create them and the results were as beautiful if not more than what I expected from the website! Such a modern look and color, recipient was delighted.

The flowers arrangement actually looked better than the picture on the website. Good to get email alert at the time the arrangement was ready for delivery and it was delivered! No delay and my friend who received the flowers was very happy.
